Unfortunately I was in an accident in which my car was totaled. SECURA handled everything perfectly!! From the rental car to giving me fair value for my vehicle. Everyone I spoke to was efficient as well as a pleasure to deal with. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

This has been the worst experience our dairy farm has ever had with any insurance. They make mistakes as to how they write up a claim and then dropped us when we had a claim. Trying to get information from the company has been difficult and even sending the policy seems to be impossible. We do not recommend and have always had insurance for over 50 years.

I had a great experience with secure and the claim process. A storm came through and my roof got damaged from hail. Stephanie Cervantes- Herndon came out to evaluate the damage and work the whole claim. She was amazing to work with. She was so helpful throughout the whole process and was always making sure I was updated on the progress of my claim. The whole claim and process to get my roof repaired was great and not a pain. Thank you Stephanie and I'm glad that I have Secura for my home insurance.

Billed me an additional $3800 on top of premium after policy canceled during Secura internal audit process. Never filled claim in 5 years of being insuranced, canceled policy due to better rate from another company then got additional bill equal to 20% of the premium. I refused to pay then Secura hired law firm to collect the money. Do no do business with this insurance company. Update November 30th 2023: I followed instruction from company to contact there feedback email. 1 week later I received summons from their law firm to appear in court. Bad company do not business with them!

Secura has been the best insurance company I have ever worked with due to their excellent and genuine customer service attention. They excel at the work they do with claims handling and billing as well. Thank you for how to you treating and assisting your clients through these processes. Accident claims are emotionally difficult and having an insurance company that actually assists you rather than making the process harder is so refreshing. Client for 5 years and counting.

Secura is very easy to deal with, prompt and precise. They handled my claim in a matter of minutes. They also sent me the check to pay the auto body shop 3 weeks before my car was done. They are a hassle free insurance company.

Michelle was quick and on top of things regarding my claim. She extended my rental as needed, and ensured the body shop was paid as well. I didn't have to lift a finger.
